Change In The Interview Process?
Post Body

I had an interview recently and the questions were not as long as they used to be. They only ask two questions now apparently? Still was just your regular interview questions. The ASM who interviewed me said I didn't get it a couple days ago. I lost out to someone who just started as a part timer in plumbing for a specialist role.

The ASM I know from another store which I first started there. She knew me and was always a super friendly manager. She offered to help me beef up my interview answers and do mock interviews. I just find it hard to believe they can determine who they want off of two questions. She gave me feedback saying I needed to add more detail. I'm only a front end head cashier. Only thing against me is zero sales floor exposure.
