My coworker was having a rant the other day about the schedule. Every day he starts at a different time and it is all over the place. The Customer centric scheduling is madness. He is talking about leaving of it keeps up.
I am seeing the cracks as days go on. I had expected a bit more consistency when I moved to the department but the promise of a rotation went right out the window long ago.
I am looking for a new job and am gonna leave when I can. I was gonna do a second job but with the schedule the way it is I can’t.
Lowes has been good to me but it had problems.. and a lot of them.
Corporate has to and I mean has to eventually realize this customer centric shit isn’t working and try to get somewhat set schedules again. I think it’ll come in the next year or two
