I'm new at this position. Used to be a customer service desk cashier. Does anyone feel super bogged down by pushing credit, LPP, surveys, ect...? I understand eventually there's going to be some sort of accountability/reprimand over credit especially? I'm really not trying to stress about this. I like the position and the group I supervise. I just feel like we are being crammed down our throats will all this extra crap. How's everyone else been dealing with this? Seen anyone get reprimanded in some fashion?
I just feel like they'd be more responsible than me necessarily as long as I'm observing them. Making corrections and such. 🤦
