I scoured myHR online and couldnt find what I needed. I overheard my SSA complaining to my DS that I, a CSA , routinely leave at 4pm for my lunch (I'm 12-9). I never ditch customers at when the clock strikes, but at the same time I dont want to get stuck til 4:15 or whatever to go eat, as the morning guy leaves at 5.
I actually do it to ensure coverage, and my Kronos says that is when I am supposed to leave.
Other times: My SSA is such a poor time manager that he gets all flustered, loses track of time, then goes to lunch at 230, returning 330. So I get a break from 330-345, the go to lunch at 4. Ridiculous. But because he is an SSA I'm supposed to just along with it. Eff that. I'm the one doing all the work, I need to get off my feet.
So I wanted to know the rules. I called the 800 and the next morning I get a couple emails documenting my call.
