A few days ago, I asked how a special order would track and if I'd get up to date information along the way like I do with a regular shipment.
I did not. When I ordered, I saw an estimated date of April 9th when it should be ready for pick up.I saw 'In transit to store' a few days after the order, then nothing else. Even the estimated date was gone. Friday, I got a credit card hit for the amount charged ... pending. Late Monday I got another one. Tuesday the 9th came and went with no information. Wednesday morning I called the store to see if they had anything further. They said they could not see any tracking, vendor, carrier, ship date or anything else the way they normally can. We left it at that thinking maybe another day or two.
Late Wednesday morning I got a message saying it was ready for pickup. Nobody knew anything until then.
Not sure what happened, but it seems to have dropped out of the system somewhere along the way before arrival.
