I have multiple stores, two fairly local, others more distant. Once I place an item in the cart, I cannot change the pickup store (or at least I can't find a way to). I have to delete the item from the cart, go back to the item page, then change the store and put it back in the cart. This seems to be fairly recent change. I recall being able to change stores from within the cart.
If you happen to work in that area, or know someone who does, maybe you can get this changed.
