Last night our head cashier and store manager got into blows. This happened because our store manager of one year likes to treat the staff like kids, out head cashier had a issue with a customer and couldn't resolve the issue so she asked the SM as she was walking by for some help and the SM started to talk down to the HC about how dumb she was and how she should have not been a HC if she couldn't help the customer. All this was done in front of about 3 customers in line at customer service. Well to make it interesting the SM shoved the HC and they started to pull hair and swing on each other. A few of us pulled them apart and put them in the training room. Needs to say the HC quit on the spot and the SM got her ass beat up. I'm sure we will be getting a new SM at some point soon.
