Lowes executive customer relations refuses to provide a refund for an installation service that never occurred and they are no longer responding to me. Can someone advise me of how I can get in touch with someone else in ecr or someone above them that can resolve this. It’s been ongoing since Feb of 2022 and they’ve even admitted I deserve a settlement but refuse to follow through.
