I miss something or Anti-Material Rifle is my only option if I want something to wreck Hulks and Tanks that use ammo but don't have backpack?

Probably a number of good solutions but I think all would involve ammo. Smaller mag, harder to aim, and long reload time. Accuracy I wouldn't change, but long static reloads are harsh, and when I tried using it it seemed I'd be constantly needing to reload. I personally wish it was belt fed with a backpack.
