I haven't found a clear answer anywhere on this. Is Cold Blood not supposed to trigger off takedowns? For me, it doesn't trigger when I do lethal takedowns, nonlethal takedowns, or hidden dragon takedowns. This is a big bummer because I was planning on doing a stealth build with Cold Blood without alerting enemies. Early in the game, takedowns are the only way for me to "one shot" people. Even killing them with a gun after a takedown doesn't trigger it.
