You wanna go back to Yorinobu's room where you got the chip
I really wanted to get all the iconic weapons because completionist, so had to find a way. This was really helpful for me and hope the same for others.

You can pick off the Kongou gun near Yorinobu's bed, iconic Satori sword on the rooftop, Saburo's dogtag (collectible Misc item)
Yorinobu's shirtand a cool coat (kinda like Takemura's) in the restroom
Don't miss Yorinobu's pants on the way up the stairs to the room for the sword. :)
