Weapons and other items tier downgraded. Anyone knows how to fix? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I came back to cyberpunk after a few months. Started a new save since I started playing after 2.0 update.
Ive this issue where when I get to pick up, legendary or higher tier items where the color is orange or purple, they got downgraded to blue in my inventory. Anyone knows any fix for this? Ive tried putting them onto my stash and then back to inventory but still failed.
Please if anyone knows what to do or try, this bug is so annoying. Thanks🤞!
