LDN as a calcium channel blocker

Does anyone know how effective LDN is as a calcium channel blocker? (Ie. Is there a strong or maybe only minimal effect?)
And is it something that lasts a full 24 hours, or would it be necessary to take it every 12 instead?
I have chronic migraine with aura and Iām noticing that LDN is helping with them. Iām already on a sodium channel blocker (Lamotrigine) but calcium channel blockers can also be effective with aura too.
