Hello, bit of a weird one, wondering if anyone has advice. I suppose first off, the Solace is charging pretty slowly. Had it plugged in overnight and all day, only reached 75% charge whereas before it would hit 100% after a couple hours. No change to the plug in.

Anyway, the main issue is that Solace works perfectly fine when manually controlling it or selecting patterns to use from the remote app. But, for some reason, it's locked into a single pattern whenever I try to sync to a video. I've tried different sites, turning them off and on again, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, can't get it to work. Solace just kind of falls to a default sort of repetitive pattern and ignores the pattern inputs from the patterns made for videos. It still responds fine to the pause and play part of the controlling, but it ignores the rest entirely.

I have no clue what's wrong, the thing is like 3 months old at most, and tried the basic solutions most sites list. Any advice would be appreciated.
