For people who watch on Peacock, when the episode comes out, are you watching it “live” or is the entire episode released?

No idea what flair to put this as, my apologies. I don’t watch on Peacock because I don’t live in the US. At 9pm, my streaming platform releases the entire episode. Not a spoiler but if I skip ahead I would already know who is eliminated. So are you watching without the ability to skip ahead? Do the episodes work that way on Peacock? Silly question but I’ve been curious since I realized this.
