Initially, I felt so bad for Dr. Alex and I wanted him to find his perfect woman. I was rooting for him and thought he was so sweet. He was so awkward and adorable and I loved that all the other islanders loved him so much. I felt bad for him about the Ellie and Megan situations as well.

However my feelings for him quickly changed towards the end of the season. Alex had SO MANY CHANCES to find love and he ruined it every single time. During casa amor he was with that one blonde girl (forgot her name) then all of a sudden turned on her and got with Grace. He seems just as much of a player as say Adam or Josh.

He finally found something special with Alexandra who was PERFECT imo and was such a dick to her. Completely gaslit her, and was ready to jump ship as soon as new Laura walked in. He kept saying how Alexandra was ‘moving too quickly’ but imo she was moving at a normal speed and didn’t do anything wrong. Then he dumped her literally the same day as their final date. I’m wondering why he even went on love island to begin with.

How he stayed on love island for so long is truly mind boggling to me. He should’ve gone home early on. I wish Alexandra chose Idris instead of Alex. I bet she regrets it so much. Alex truly fucked up.

EDIT: also he got so mad at Ellie when she ended things w him and kept saying how she didn’t even give him a chance. And then Alexandra told Alex that he didn’t even give her a chance WHICH WAS TRUE!!!!?? He barely gave her the time of day and then was ready to jump ship. He didn’t give her a chance, which is the same reason he got so mad at Ellie. He’s so annoying
