First, I love them together! Think they work well together in all the important ways. They are compatible and are definitely in love.
Now, Johnny says love truly is blind. But I’m here to question that…
Amy is beautiful, both inside and out. She’s very attractive in a conventional sense. I think one of the reasons they both work really well actually is because they were both pleasantly surprised about each other’s looks. If Amy wasn’t as beautiful or thin, would Johnny be as in love? Would the emotional connection really be just enough for them if one of them or both of them weren’t as attractive as they are?
Yes they are boring but it’s because everything worked out perfectly: both the emotional and the physical connection was there mutually from the get go. They didn’t have any hurdles regarding the physical connection or not finding their partner physically attractive or dating someone that’s completely not their type.
Would love really have been blind for both of them if the other looked differently? They are both good looking and take care of their appearance and are both thin/normal weight. If they looked less conventionally attractive, I have a feeling their ride wouldn’t have been as smooth. They both were into each other from the reveal and everything synced up for them (which I’m very happy it did!).
That’s just a thought I had. I could be wrong as well! Maybe love would’ve always been blind for them.
