Really disappointed in the quality of their wallets

After seeing a customer at my old job with a Loungefly bag I instantly found a wallet I loved and had to buy. It's been nearly a year and infrequent use (wallet sits in a small loungfly backpack I bought) and is hardly ever moved or used. The backpack sits in one spot in my car and I almost never take it out. Backpack is also empty so the wallet is the only thing in it.

Yet.. with in 5 months it started to look like this. (I took it out and went back to a normal wallet)

For the amount of money they want for this, I expected a hell of a lot better quality.

I wish my cards would fit in the spot. I have the hello kitty one that came out and I can’t fit nine or my cards in it. It sucks
