What Can You Tell Me About This Building?

Iām looking for a short term rental (full month of July) for work and this building has multiple units listed with just a few reviews and a whole lot of nightmare stories on its Google maps reviews.
Unfortunately, I have yet to find something that fits my needs in the area so I just want to cast one last night to find out more information about this before I take the risk of booking this rental (1bd 1bath)
