So my dear friend rented an apartment from them in Old Louisville. Since moving in she has experienced loud noises. Weed smoke in the hall and coming in her apartment. She doesn't care if you smoke just be respectful. Drug addicts in the stairwell smoking crack, black mold making her physically ill. Ceiling falling in. Hole under her sink. Critters. She has complained multiple times with nothing done. I know she should love but she is single in college about to finish school she does work full time but this is what she can afford right now. Who else can she call. She is truly a beautiful lovely person and this is causing her emotional duress. I've been there at night people running in the halls. Drug transactions it's a shit hole.
