Speed trap on 64 W @ Grinstead

Unmarked car & cop crouched behind the door with a radar gun. DH & I legit thought it was someone pointing a gun preparing to shoot into oncoming traffic. There has got to be a better way to do this, because in our current climate this seems stupid dangerous.
