I'm coming down from KY to look at a piece of property on Saturday. It would be nice to chat with someone familiar with the area before hand.

What's cell phone service and internet like out there?

Farmerville appears to be the closest town with actual life in it. Anything significant about that town I should know? Aside from seeking employment all I need in a town is a decent grocery store and maybe a movie theater.

I'll be looking for a mobile home to purchase to put on the property. Are there any realtors here that could possibly answer some questions about zoning or give advice on where to look for purchasing a used mobile home?

I'm sure I'll think of more but if anyone is willing to talk to me I would greatly appreciate it.
