Leaving Lost Lands off on a happy note!
Post Body

My phone stopped working the day after arrival, so this is pretty much the only photo of myself I have, but it makes me chuckle and I enjoyed every moment of this weekend.

I'm a year one. I didn't go again after 2019 due to moving to Canada & then having a thyroid tumor that flipped my life upside down until about June of this year. This Lost Lands was amazing, I had an awesome time & I met so many wonderful new people. Every event has its bumps in the road, but I have no real complaints. I enjoyed every moment of freedom that I had to just adventure & side quest.

We didn't get wrist bands for forest camping Wednesday at arrival, we were told by box office we didn't need them & then when we came back after the pre-party we weren't able to access the campgrounds. The workers were amazing & helped resolve it all for us as quickly as possible, I could have given each one of them a big smooch for being such awesome humans. They ended up being a highlight of the weekend to talk to every day!

I loved all of our camping neighbors, we had some great people around us. We met some of the funniest and sweetest guys in line for the South Lot shuttle, it was awesome to run into them again during Tape B! Everyone was so kind & fun, it felt like being kids at a summer camp. I will treasure this weekend. I hope you all got home safely & have just as many fun memories as well.
