(promise i’ve used the search feature but i haven’t quite found answers to the questions i have!!)
thinking of joining a friend’s glamping group this year for my first lost lands, and with the steep price ($800 for my portion) i wanna try to clear up some of the questions i have!! from what i’ve seen from photos the campsite themselves look rather small, like the tents are really packed in there so-
how big are the campsites themselves? my favorite part of a camping fest is hanging out under an canopy during the day but it doesn’t seem like that’s possible if i go the glamping route. it seems like you’re either stuck sitting in your (non air-conditioned) tent all day, sitting right at the entrance of said tent, or going to the glamping lounge (which doesn’t sound all that bad but still). it seems crazy to me that with the price of glamping they wouldn’t allot more space at each site to allow for a more extensive camp set up.
if you’ve done glamping where do you generally hang out during the day?
is there as much of a social aspect among glamping neighbors? or do people generally keep to themselves?
