Some will call it a fluke, just like when I retained against Emerald, but the message is clear. I am still your LLR Hardcore Champion, completing my fourth successful defense in as many weeks. You know, a lot of people in LLR don't like me right now. Ever since this record-breaking reign started over a month ago, I've gotten nothing but belittlement and animosity from people like Darius Shade, who compares my title to a hot potato. Sure, ANYONE can win the Hardcore championship, but who can say that in a singular reign, they've held on to it for a month plus? Other champions who only have to defend their titles once a MONTH have the audacity to tell me that I'm not a fighting champion. I've brought relevancy back to this title. There are people who legitimately had no interest in this championship BEGGING me for a title opportunity so that they can shut me up. I do talk a lot, it's true. However, whatever I've said, I've backed it up in the ring. Now, a bitter soul wants a rematch this Friday on Smackdown, and I've accepted that challenge. Make no mistake, I thought last night was one of my toughest matches in the form of a hungry Instinct, but I clawed my way to a well-fought victory. Emerald, you better bring your best, and I do mean your best, because this Hardcore Champion isn't giving up his title so easily.
