Hi guys, I’ll try keep this quick and concise. First and foremost, just like Pruef and Vacant I would like to extend my apology for my part in this whole mod team ordeal. I’d like to apologise to all the previous moderators of which we removed without any notice. That was clearly the wrong move. I’d also like to apologise to the entire community as we moved too slow with putting together the new team and putting LLR into somewhat of a purgatory. Looking back at my track record in total, it’s not hard to see that I’ve not always been the most reliable or active member of the mod team, and like past times, as those close to me know, my busy personal life has got in the way. That is no excuse though, so I am sorry to all of you.

I’d like to just impart a few parting words for those that have the time of day to listen. To the new mods, there are obviously some familiar faces and some new ones. I wish you the best of luck and I can say with confidence we’ve picked the best candidates to keep LLR moving forward. I hope the role brings you the same satisfaction it brought me in the 3 years I was at the table. It really had been an honour for me to serve you guys, as of leaving the team I was the longest serving moderator of LLR and boy have I seen some things including the numerous shitstorms to deal with. I also got the distinction of creating the discord server that I can’t imagine how LLR would be today without. It was my favourite honour to have brought that server to the community. To the new mods may the peace be kept and times of past never come back. So yeah 3 years in the role really brought me joy to serve you guys, hopefully none of this has changed your opinion of me, I’d like to think I’m still the same Monk from all those years ago and without the burden of being a moderator, my activity here can return to times of old.
