Buying with intent to fully renovate
Post Body
I’ve been considering the prospect of buying a 40-50 year old home and having the electrical, plumbing, and all of the fixtures replaced before moving in.
I remember that a few years ago, it was impossible to find materials and contractors were completely booked 4 months out. Is this still the case?
If anyone has done this recently, can you share info about how it went?
