On top of me leaving for greener pastures, we are understaffed.

If you are a West LA Redditor that needs a job, has retail experience, loves puffing the cheeb and knows plenty about blunts, papers, water-pipes, grinders, vaporizers, glass and all things herb related... this could be the job for you!

A couple things:

• Do not go in with the attitude that this is an easy job. Folks often assume that we sit around talking about glass all day. We don't. It can be just as stressful as any other job.

• Open availability is a must.

• Don't call us multiple times a day asking to speak with the owner. Doing so will not make you look good.

I have no power or say when it comes to getting hired there. All I know is a lot of people want to work at this place and very few make the cut. But it's a cool job and we actually need people right now!
