I live in an apartment regulated by my university. There's been cockroaches numerous times and the past 3 times they've sent an "exterminator" he did nothing but look for entry points that don't fix the problem.

The complex I live in is know for cockroaches being in the area and in the buildings. It's pretty gross that this is a constant problem -- is there anything I can do to actually get real stuff done? There's been an exterminator here 3 times and still cockroaches consistently appear.
Is this something I just have to suck up and deal with? Isn't it a health hazard to not resolve this?
