Using Google Maps for public transit
Post Body

So I would like to take the subway to the Nokia Theater this weekend (Steely Dan, woohoo!) and for some reason I can't seem to get Google to show me any routes for the subway. It only shows me bus routes. I tried setting the preference to "subway", and I've even tried typing in "Wilshire/Vermont Station" to "Pico Station". It recognizes both of these locations as subway/lightrail stations, yet it still will not give me any subway times and routes. What is the deal? I used metro.net and it works fine, it's just bothering me that google isn't doing what I want it to.

Is there something I don't know about going on? Is it just me? I hate the bus and it would suck to try to take the subway to the show this weekend and have some weird circumstance arise that made me late due to poor communication between sites...
