Byte Seyes Bug? Purchased games / not in inventory

Like the title says, I called the number and used my dollars to buy them all. When I call the number again they say they are all out of inventory. There is nothing in my bag or game console inventory to select.
Has this happened to anyone else? Am I missing some place to find them after buying them?
