Hey.
Been using $other_brand for concerts for a long while after a first case of tinnitus. After a particular night in which extremely loud volume gave me a small, permanent tinnitus in one of the ears (which after a few concerts went to the other), I stopped going t concerts and started to do some research on earplugs and found the loop quiet, as they were the ones that provided better attenuation.
I've been trying them at home, and they... feel weird. During all these years, I've been using some earplugs that followed this design (mind you, not that model), the "tip" of that design is smaller than the one from the earplugs, and they got in the ear in an easier way. It does reduces a lot, but it makes me feel like its trapping air between the plug and the eardrum in a feeling that is very similar to that one that solves itself by swallowing.
It's that feeling normal? It feels a bit uncomfortable and like it's going to fell at the first sudden movement (for reference, I'm a 38 old year man). Is maybe the plug too big for my ears?
