Loop Quiets not working

I have tried every method so far with all of the different sizes but no matter what I can’t get the loop quiets to work for me. They don’t seem to reduce sound. I also bought the loop experience alongside them and I notice a clear sound reduction when I put them in. Do you guys have any tips on how to get the quiets to work on me? Should I message loop or just send them back?
