Anyone use the AKAI APC mini mk2 for live looping?

My buddy wants to sell me his apc and it looks like it can do some cool things to loop. I was wondering if anyone on this community has any experience with it and can give me any pros/cons. Not a lot of content on YouTube that can show it's ability.
