Took peoples past suggestions, looking for more advice

I posted on here a few months ago and updates are that I took peoples suggestions. I removed my lip and nose piercings, started to straighten my hair, and I got a little filler in the bridge and tip of my nose to make it a little straighter and more defined. Last two images are from two months ago
