The good folks at /r/tipofmytongue suggested LPC might be the source of a 90s-era prank call series I was trying to hunt down.
At some point in the 90s I remember hearing bootleg recordings of a guy who prank called people. In the call I remember best, he is talking to some guy and in the conversation he says (I'm paraphrasing obviously), "The first time I went up in a plane, I cried. I couldn't understand how something so big could go up in the air. I think it's a miracle. Do you think it's a miracle?" And the other guy says "no, it's not a miracle, it's just how jets work", etc.
Was that LPC? If so, do you know which album it was?
Either way, I am glad the TOMT folks suggested LPC because I've spent the better part of my Sunday afternoon enjoying a bunch of great stuff!
