Good morning everyone!
Welcome to the 8th week of the LHN Weight Loss Challenge. Today is Friday, so post your weight and see where you stand.
Those of you still losing despite not being in the lead -- keep losing! We've already eclipsed the first year as a group (over 350 pounds lost this year so far) and I'd love to continue our group's focus on 2022 health and fitness after some BULLSHIT couple of years.
So let's go. Does anybody need any help? Anybody struggling with acccoutability? Those of you losing, this is where is starts to get fun -- you get any new compliments? New clothes?
