Good morning everyone!
Congratulations to everyone so far for the weight you've lost and the new habits you've (hopefully) solidified. Week 5 was a tough one -- those of us on diets had to fight through the turn to a new month, cravings and the rationalization to reward ourselves for "all the hard work" so far.

We had two users pass the 10% theshhold-- me and stevosaurus.
But I'm feeling it this week. Hoping to get to the 230s next weigh-in but we'll have to see. The amount of exercise I'm trying to do on a calorie deficit is...uncomfortable.
