So I’m going to see my bf next week and i have read about the post visit depression that follows, I’m scared to come back because I’m already really depressed and nervous 😩. I feel so sad that I feel like this I should be excited but I’m scared asf. He is so excited and I think he has really high hopes but I’m trying to control my expectations, because I don’t want to be let down if it difficult 😔
