How to stop worrying about text gaps (24m 22f)

Post Body

We've already talking about my anxiety surrounding when he doesn't respond, and came to the conclusion that is on both ends a communication need. He wants to be there for me as much as his busy schedule allows, and is, yet I continue to worry. It's gotten better, and he's been more responsive to help me not worry as much, but it just got so bad today because he promised to call me but had overslept. I don't want to bring it up again because I KNOW it's not just him not calling me that I'm worried about, I'm just frustrated that I let it get to my brain again.

Any advice on how to keep these worries at bay when you and your partner have full trust in one another?

EDIT: He dumped me.
