Ideas for an LDR relationship journal/scrapbook?

Majority of couple's journals or books are about dates, everyday life, vacations, pictures, etc, physical things that aren't possible in LDRs. What are some ideas to include in a LDR journal? I want to gift it to my SO for their bday in July. I want to make it like scrapbook-style, and I've got a few ideas of what to include, like small pieces of gifts she's sent me and dried flowers she sent as well. Do you all have any other suggestions? Have you made something like this before?
