How can busy people maintain a good long distance relationship with their partner? Or would you suggest me finding some who can understand the value of my time and space?

I'm a 27M and I am like a pigeon or dove. I just wanna be free and keep on flying. But you will always be my home. I will only come home to you. But let me be free and fly all I want.

It's just that I had one LDR experience and it didn't go well. There are times I am bonding or talking with you so much, but there are times I want to do other stuff. Up to the point that sometimes I wasn't able to initiate bonding with my partner. Though I always talk to her, say good morning, goodnight, eat your lunch and dinner. But if you talk to me and ask to bond together, let's watch movies, let's play online games, I am very generous to giving time for my love one. It is just that when I became busy doing what I want to do, I wasn't able to initiate and be the one to talk first about bonding together. But after what I am doing, I can now initiate and talk to you, like "hey, let's do this and that".

But as I said, i am very generous of time. The only problem is there are times that my partner would feel like she's not important because I'm not giving her time by being initiative.

I know I keep on saying the same things because I dunno how to really explain my point. But I hope someone would get what I was trying to say 😔

So what should I do about it? Are there things I can practice or so? regardless what kind of girl I'm inlove with? Or I should really find someone who can be understanding and can get used to it, that she knows I can give her time if she asks for it, and she knows that i can also give her time without her asking me, but it's not that as frequent as she can expect because of my personality of being free and love to do a lot of stuff?

Waaaah I dunno. Please help me.
