So I had COVID mid May and it was mild. I don’t have my booster so that might’ve made this worse. Who knows. I just know I can’t handle my ten hour shifts anymore or even existing. All I want to do is sleep. When I work from home I take a nap during my lunch and have lunch at a different time. I can’t stay up past 9/10 anymore then sleep for 9-12 hours. I’m so depressed because I feel like I’m not even living anymore. Is there anything I can do to make this better? Thanks everyone.
