Hi guys
I’ve had long covid now a total of 4 years and have noticed the brain fog is worse for example if I wish to check something online like emails and such my brain will forget to within seconds of thinking of doing it.
I have noticed I’m clumsy now too dropping things , hands loosing power of grip , they shake , sharp pains in my hands , legs and thighs. A new one of sharp pains in the heel of my foot too. Never used to suffer from any of these before Covid.
Just wondering if there is anything that can be done
