So I have posted before and I am stubborn about this and planned a 6 day cruise earlier last year that I went on this past week. I felt so good, it was a cruise. Had a great time and was in the middle of trying nicotine patches. Final results got back yesterday and today is as bad as my worst days...head fog is draining me. So I guess over doing it includes fun âšī¸ gotta start over. 2 years in and really no relief...still forcing myself to trudge through 9 hour days at work.
I want to try fasting but I have T2 Diabetes and when my sugar gets low its worse. I'm having anger issues now. I keep seeing all the places to go for information but im not a Dr and looking up every single acronym and technical description fires up my anxiety and thought process. I'm no idiot but cannot concentrate enough to understand all the technical jargon.
Any long covid information for dummies? Legit question
