My GP has started me on a combined H1 and H2 regime. I was already taking 120mg of fexofenadine once daily for general allergies, and she upped this to 180 twice a day, combined with nizatidine 300mg twice a day. I’m also already taking phenergan, fluoxetine, propanolol and gabapentin.
I have fibro and vestibular migraines along with chronic pain, and since getting covid for the second time in February, my fatigue, tiredness and brain fog particularly have got much worse, and I’ve been struggling to stay on top of even simple tasks.
But since starting my new prescription about a week ago, I’m really struggling to stay awake. Everything is tiring, even reading or sitting up, and everything is so much effort. I know any medication change needs to be given time to assess how it’s working, but this is hellish. Has anyone else had any experience with this, or does anyone have any advice? Ty x
