Why does the Loki series look a million times better than literally any other Marvel film or show?

Post Body

Not directly trying to knock MCU flicks, but they have declined incredibly in quality over the last couple of years. The CGI is often woeful, the lighting is embarrassingly bad, and the writing is created by ChatGPT. I recently decided to watch Loki. Binged season 1 and it was incredible, am now watching season 2 and it is extremely high-quality television. Everything from the CGI, lighting, cinematography, use of ACTUAL sets, writing, acting, and appropriate use of humor (not just copy-pasting jokes every 5 minutes) is perfect. Why is that? It just seems weird that the MCU decides to put actual effort into creating an aesthetically pleasing, intelligible piece of media for their television shows (Wanda Vision, although not perfect, also felt a lot more interesting and well-made than most of the movies), but completely neglect the same effort in their films these days.
