Logitech Z333 speakers no sound - green power light still on on volume controller

Hi all, I'm having issues with my Z333 2.1 speaker system and I've been having a look inside to see if there's anything obvious wrong. All seems fine and nothing stands out as out of the ordinary.

The green power light turns on when I flick the switch on the audio controller but there is zero sound coming out of the subwoofer and side speakers. Even when I grab the 3.5mm jack and touch it, there is no noise coming out the speakers.

In the past when I've switched these on, I always heard a soft audio 'click' noise at startup which seems to have completely disappeared now.

Anyone have any ideas what this may be and how to fix it?
