mouse movement pixelated, regardless of sensitivity settings. GHub using 32 bit HID drivers?

Mouse movement is pixelated - if try precise positioning, there are spots it just jumps over and you can't move the cursor to. especially noticeable in games, and worst when zoom in to aim. Tried adjusting sensitivities (dpi) in both windows and the ghub software.

GHub Version 2021.13.2906

G703 mouse

Win10 (64bit), Asus Strix GL753VE

All drivers up to date. reinstalled multiple times.

odd though when I check the setting in windows, its says it is using the 32 bit HID drivers? Is that the issue?

Or different issue?
