Post Body

Ok, I'm going to try not to completely lose my shit in this post. Late summer of 2019 I purchased two new mice, G703 for laptop and GPro for desktop, a new mechanical keyboard (G915), and the powerplay wireless charging pad. I went all in on Logitech because I was in desperate need of an upgrade for all of the above, and had solid past experiences with them. As expected, the devices themselves are working awesome. Top notch performance.

BUT...

I haven't been able to go a week without running into Ghub issues. Ghub might be the worst software I have used since the first computer game I ever purchased (Wheel of Fortune - 1987). I have had to reinstall GHub software every time I have wanted to make a change to any of those devices i.e. add/remove/modify macros, lighting settings, etc. Anything and everything. Otherwise it just sticks to the loading animation on loop.

It appears this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time so I ask Logitech...HOW IN THE FUCK HAVE YOU NOT FIGURED IT OUT YET? Especially for Windows 10? Arguably the most popular OS that your products would have to interact with. Should be raising some eyebrows over at Logitech HQ I would imagine. Or maybe they have such a monopoly on their vertical that they don't give AF.

If anyone has figured out another work around, please share. Or better yet, does anyone have any recommendations outside of the Logitech eco-system? I'm about ready to cut sling with them after all this bullshit.
